This allows us to utilize our appointment slots efficiently and accommodate waiting patients.
Should you fail to provide us with adequate notice or fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee to the amount totaling the full consultation cost will be applicable.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to be fair to all involved when implementing this policy.
